Last minute change in these two teams, this star cricketer's dream of playing World Cup broke

(World Cup 2023)

All the preparations are going on for this tournament of ICC. According to reports, two last-minute changes had to be made to the squad announced for this tournament. Off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin got a place in the Indian team at the final stage. World Cup 2023 is scheduled for that year. Marnus Labuschagne has now been included in Australia's 15-man squad in place of Agger.

Travis Head has kept his place despite the injury. He is expected to be available in the middle of the tournament. Left-arm spinner Ashton Agar has been selected as one of the two frontline spinners in the preliminary squad announced on 6 September. She was injured on a tour of South Africa, and returned home for the birth of her first child. For which he could not even play the three-match ODI series in India.

A change was also made in the Indian team and 37-year-old Ravichandran Ashwin was selected in place of the injured Akshar Patel. Akshar was injured in the Asia Cup-2023 match against Bangladesh on 15th September. For this, Akshar Patel's dream of playing ODI World Cup was also broken. Ashwin is already with the team in Guwahati, where they will face England in a warm-up match on September 30.

Ashwin recently got a chance in the 3-match ODI series against Australia, where he put in a strong performance. He took 3 wickets in the second ODI of the series in Indore. And also took 1 wicket in Mohali, thus taking 4 wickets in 2 matches in the series. Interestingly, Ashwin returned to the format after almost 20 months, and now has a ticket to the World Cup.
